Refund Policy: Unless otherwise specified for a particular course or program, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase for digital courses, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the material. Live workshops, group coaching, and personalized programs are generally non-refundable. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the email address below. We do not offer refunds after the guarantee period or for completed programs.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including courses, videos, workbooks, training materials, logos, and the “Follow First” philosophy and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
